A very long time ago, I had a rather unpleasant experience with massage in San Diego. I experienced so much pain and physical discomfort (I have a bulged disk in my lower back that the masseuse, even though I had told her to stay away from it, continued to press or bump into).

It wasn't until I went to Hands on Health that I trusted anyone again. And honestly, I was probably a little tense on that first visit. But, as long as I live in the area, I will never go anywhere else! Not only were they conscientious, every single time I go in for a massage, Elizabeth re-verifies the location of the disk.

Now, I am able to relax and enjoy my massages. If you're not getting them, you need to and you need to go to Hands on Health. :)

Thanks!!!
